Agreement
By accessing or using Balla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
Using Balla
Balla provides football training support, onboarding, player-card progression, session recommendations, drill tracking, and AI-assisted feedback. Balla is not a guarantee of improved performance, selection, recruitment, professional opportunities, or any specific sports outcome.
Balla does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, physical therapy, emergency care, or your own judgment. Recommendations are educational and training-focused.
Training safety
You are responsible for using judgment, training safely, and making sure drills or sessions are appropriate for your health, age, ability, environment, and equipment. Stop training if something feels unsafe and seek professional guidance when needed.
Accounts
You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting access to your account. You may not impersonate another person or use Balla for an unauthorized purpose.
Age and supervision
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Balla only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether Balla is appropriate for a younger player.
Your content
You are responsible for videos, images, text, and other content you upload or submit to Balla. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, illegal content, abusive content, or content that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
You give Balla permission to host, process, analyze, and display your submitted content as needed to operate app features, provide feedback, maintain safety, and support the service. You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to provide Balla.
Subscriptions and purchases
Balla may offer paid features, subscriptions, or paywalls through Apple In-App Purchase if enabled. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID subscription settings and Apple's App Store terms.
If Balla launches with free access or without active paid plans, this section applies only if paid features are later enabled.
Misuse
You may not misuse Balla, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, abuse AI or upload systems, access accounts or systems without permission, or use Balla for illegal or harmful activity.
You may not upload harmful, exploitative, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, infringing, or privacy-violating content. You may not scrape, automate, overload, disrupt, copy, resell, or use Balla to build a competing service without permission.
Intellectual property
Balla, including the app, website, design, text, graphics, code, features, branding, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Balla and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Balla only for personal, lawful, non-commercial training purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
Third-party services
Balla may rely on third-party services such as authentication, storage, AI processing, analytics, payment, or platform services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as Balla evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Balla if we believe these Terms have been violated, if there is risk to users or the service, or if required by law. You may stop using Balla at any time.
Disclaimers
Balla is provided as a training and coaching-support tool. To the extent permitted by law, Balla is provided without warranties of any kind and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Balla handles personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.
