Account deletion
To delete your account, open Jogaro -> Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. If you cannot access the app or need help, contact support@tryballa.com.
Billing and subscriptions
If Jogaro enables paid iOS subscriptions or purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings and Apple's App Store support flow.
App questions
For questions about onboarding, player profiles, progress tracking, video analysis, or account access, email support with a short description of the issue.
